Pawan Singh Brings Fresh Heat to Rise and Fall
Mumbai October 24: Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh entered Rise and Fall Season 2 with an explosive splash. Reports across Hindi and English media describe his arrival as dhamakedar meaning thunderous. Prime Video streams the show with Virender Sehwag as host.
Rise and Fall runs on a power hierarchy. Contestants compete to stay in Tower status, while those who lose standing get sent to Basement.
Early coverage suggested Pawan would appear only as a guest and hand contestants a task. Newer reports show a fuller more dramatic entry inside the house itself. That detail evolved through the week and the later version carries the more reliable account.
Who Is Pawan Singh
Fans know Pawan Singh as “Power Star,” a nickname earned over two decades in Bhojpuri cinema. Born in Arrah-Bihar, he has appeared in over 250 films including hits like Pratigya and Dacait.
His voice has crossed over beyond Bhojpuri audiences too. He has lent playback vocals to mainstream Hindi projects including songs for Stree 2 and Raees. Beyond entertainment, Singh also holds a political career having joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2014.
Basement Sentence and a New Power Twist
Jaswant and Rishabh landed in Basement soon after Pawan arrived. That placement shifted game balance within minutes.
Pawan then joined forces with Niharika Tiwari, Rise and Fall’s Ultimate Ruler. Together they revealed a new power twist affecting how contestants play from here. Fresh strategy now dominates conversation among housemates.
Banter With Swara Bhasker and Shehzad Poonawalla
Conversation took a playful turn when Tej Pratap Yadav and Kajal Raghwani’s names surfaced. Pawan traded light-hearted jibes with Swara Bhasker and Shehzad Poonawalla on the topic. Their exchange lifted spirits inside the Tower.
Evictions Reshape the Contest
Kajal Raghwani and Sara Gurpal both left this week through eviction. Their exits thinned the contestant list just as Pawan arrived. Remaining players now navigate a changed lineup.
Why Pawan Keeps Women at a Distance on Camera
Pawan also spoke about his caution around women on camera. He said it in Hindi: “Jahan main kuch bola, wo controversy ka roop pakad leta hai.” That line translates to wherever he says something, it turns into a controversy.
He tied this hesitation to romantic scenes with actresses. Fellow contestant Manish Kashyap answered with a joke. In his teasing version an actress calls Pawan over. He never goes.
Apology to Akshara Singh Came Just Before
His remarks follow a public apology to Akshara Singh his rumoured former girlfriend. Pawan also apologised to her family during a Durga Puja event in Munger, Bihar, on October 19, 2026. Viewers now connect that moment with his careful on-screen stance.
Social Buzz Around Rise and Fall
One report claims Rise and Fall Season 2 now generates more social media chatter than Bigg Boss 20. Season 1 aired on Amazon MX Player with Ashneer Grover hosting. This season moved to Prime Video under Sehwag.
Rise and Fall Season 2 Pawan Singh entry and the Basement twist have kept conversation buzzing this week. Two fresh evictions have only added to the drama. Will Pawan Singh’s arrival shake up the game for those still in the running?
