Creator Network Terms
Promotion Partner & Community Terms and Conditions

By submitting the registration form to join the bollyfun.in Creator & Promotion Network (“the Program”), you (“the Partner” or “Creator”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Eligibility & Registration
To join our community, you must own or manage an active social media page (such as an Instagram page, meme page, or YouTube channel) with authentic, organic engagement.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in the sign-up form, including your current follower count, page analytics, and active contact handles.
We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
2. Campaign Participation & Deliverables
When a paid campaign or promotion is assigned to you, you must follow the specific caption, hashtag, and tagging instructions provided by us.
Deadlines: All promotional posts, reels, or stories must go live at the exact date and time specified for the campaign. Delayed postings may result in non-payment.
Content Permanence: Promotional posts must remain active on your feed or stories for the agreed-upon duration (e.g., minimum 24 hours for stories, permanent or minimum 30 days for feed posts). Removing posts early will forfeit your payout.
3. Payouts, Fees, and Commercials
Payout rates for each campaign will be communicated and agreed upon before the campaign goes live.
Payments will be processed only after you submit screenshot proof of the post along with its reach/insights metrics within 24 hours after completion.
All earnings will be transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID provided during registration.
Bollyfun.in is not liable for delayed payments if the details provided by you are incorrect or incomplete.
4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality (Secrecy Clause)
You agree to keep all campaign details entirely confidential. This includes payout rates, campaign strategies, client identities, and details of upcoming movies or trailers.
You strictly agree **NOT** to share screenshots of our chats, pricing menus, email briefs, or internal communications anywhere on social media or with third parties.
Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the network, cancellation of all pending payouts, and potential legal action for damages.
5. Strict Code of Conduct (No Fake Engagement)
***Zero Tolerance for Bots:** You strictly agree not to use bots, automated scripts, engagement pods, or buy fake likes/comments/followers to inflate campaign performance. Any suspicious activity will result in immediate termination from the network and permanent forfeiture of all pending payouts.
**Brand Safety:** Your page must not host content that promotes hate speech, explicit adult content, political propaganda, or religious conflict.
6. Intellectual Property & Rights
* You retain the copyright to your original content style, but you grant bollyfun.in and our advertising clients the right to reshare, feature, and showcase your promotional posts or metrics for case studies and future marketing purposes.
7. Termination of Membership
Either party can terminate this association at any time by giving written notice via email or direct message. Upon termination, any ongoing, verified campaigns must be completed to be eligible for payment.
